ConvertFramer is a service that converts Framer projects into clean, production-ready React and Next.js code. Our service allows you to:

• Upload Framer project files or provide public Framer URLs
• Convert Framer projects to Next.js code
• Download the generated codebase
• Request assisted conversion services (where available)

User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Updating your account information to keep it current

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Ownership and Rights to Content

You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, upload, and convert any Framer projects, templates, designs, or content submitted to ConvertFramer.

You agree not to upload or convert any content that you do not have the legal right to use, including copyrighted templates, designs, or materials belonging to third parties without proper authorization.

ConvertFramer does not verify ownership or licensing of submitted content and is not responsible for any claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from content submitted by users.

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the Framer projects you upload and the code generated from your projects. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service.

Our Service: ConvertFramer and all related technology, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written consent.

Payment Terms

ConvertFramer uses a pay-per-conversion model. Payment is required before or at the time of conversion, depending on the service tier.

By making a payment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed amount
• Understand that all sales are final unless otherwise stated

Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect conversions already in progress. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that our service will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or defects.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from such actions.

Generated Code

The code generated by ConvertFramer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to generate clean, production-ready code, you are responsible for:

• Reviewing and testing the generated code before use
• Ensuring the code meets your specific requirements
• Making any necessary modifications or corrections
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVERTFRAMER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConvertFramer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.
